Noriko Okamachi is an anime only famous television idol. She only appeared in "Sailor Moon Sailor Stars." Noriko was a famous actress, who, owned a cat and had a crush on Yaten.

Noriko is a young petite woman, she is also a similar height to Kou Yaten, as shown in episode 178 also known as Season 5 episode 12.
The following episode is also Noriko's first and only debut.
She has hazel hair that falls down to her shoulders and is frequently seen wearing a green blazer and matching skirt. The "look" is finished off with a sizeable yellow bow and ruffled collar.
The following character has extensive eyes that are a shade of magenta and lilac.

- Noriko has a habit of speaking in third-person.
- She makes her first apperance in episode 178 and is rarely seen after that. Noriko is only briefly seen in cameos.
- She isn't fond of the Sailor Guardians, especially, Minako.
- She loves Himalayan cats.
- Cooking is her outside hobby, wanting to cook for Yaten.
- Despite saying Yaten Kou is an "idiot", it is clear that Noriko still "likes" Yaten.
