Miharu is a cat lover who only appears in episode 91 of the 90's anime.

She is a little girl who is the only one who takes care of the street cats who find refuge in a dilapidated house and brings food to them everyday. However, the property is about to be demolished and she worries about what will become of the animals. She cannot take in any herself, as the keeping of animals is forbidden in her apartment. She tells Usagi and Mamoru about this.
At her house, Kaolinite's Nekonneru emerges from the cat puzzle in her room. The cats, which she has illegally kept at her apartment, want to protect the girl and throw themselves at the Daimon so that Miharu can escape. She makes it as far as the cat house when her Pure Heart Crystal is stolen.
After the Sailor Senshi struggle to defeat the monster, Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune let her have her heart crystal back as it does not house a Talisman.
