"Mars Star Power, Make Up" is the 2nd transformation phrase that Rei Hino uses to transform into Sailor Mars in the manga, 90s anime, crystal, and Sera Myu.

The transformation first appears in Act 15 when Rei transforms into Sailor Mars to fight Koan.
90s Anime[]
Rei held up her hand as a stream of red stars swirled around it, alighting on her fingernails and turning them red. Her Star Power Stick appeared, spinning, and as she took hold of it the Mars symbol inside the star began to spin. She then turned around as streamers of fire emitted from the Stick, which finally coalesced into several rings around her body. The rings contracted and became the various pieces of her sailor uniform and Sailor Mars assumed her finishing pose. This transformation was similar to Sailor Mars' previous one with a few differences, the main one being that the Mars symbol appeared behind her at the end of the transformation.
Crystal[]
She first uses it in Act 15. The animation is the same as Mars Power, Make Up except Rei uses a Star Power Stick.

- In the DiC dub of the R season, this transformation included footage from Sailor Mars' previous transformation "Mars Power, Make Up!".
- Unlike the other Inner Senshi, she did not transform on screen with her Star Power Stick during SuperS.
