Trivia[]

  • Touru Furuya, the Japanese voice actor for Mamoru, has a daughter named Manami who turned one year old the day before episode 53 aired in Japan.
  • In the DiC dub, his name is "Jordan" and he had a gruff, grown-up mental voice (similar to the 1989 comedy film Look Who's Talking and its sequel Look Who's Talking Too) and a more realistic baby-like voice when he spoke at the end of the episode, unlike in the Japanese episode where both Manami's mental and real voice were childlike.
