Sailor Venus, Sailor Mercury, Sailor Mars, and Sailor Jupiter performed this group attack while they were under the influence of Sailor Galaxia's Galactica Bracelets.
After Eternal Sailor Moon entered Galactica Palace in Sagittarius Zero Star in pursuit of Tuxedo Mask, the Inner Guardians chased her inside and attacked her with Galactica Gale. Usagi protected herself as their energies clashed. Sailor Chibi Moon, who was still outside, became distressed by what she was witnessing.
