Kamoi appeared in Sailor Moon SuperS. He was a painter who was targeted for his Dream Mirror by CereCere in episode 156.

He is an artist who draws people in a park. He meets Usagi and Chibiusa when they find someone complaining about one of his portraits. He likes to draw people exactly as he sees them without embellishing them. He has little money and tells the girls he could make more if he changed his art to better please his customers but refuses to compromise his art.
CereCere hires him and doesn't like her first portrait. He then makes her a second portrait but compromises his dream when drawing it. When his Dream Mirror was extracted it was "icky." He had betrayed his dream so even the Lemures Ms. TogeToge refused to eat his dull Dream Mirror. Once saved, he resolves to follow his dream once again.
