Higure Akiyama's Fiance is a character who only appeared in episode 16 of the 1st season of the anime.
Appearance[]
He is a short, older man (possibly a businessman) who appears to be balding. He even describes himself as such in Usagi's imagination sequence of his proposal to Higure Akiyama.
Information[]
According to Usagi's vision of his proposal, he describes himself as being not very wealthy and having few redeeming traits, but is overjoyed to the point of tears when Miss Akiyama accepts his wedding proposal.
Later, he goes to visit Higure at her apartment, worried, as she hasn't answered any of his calls. When she opens the door, he is greeted by Higure acting strangely, (under the influence of Nephrite's Youma) who smacks the flowers out of his hands and tells him not to bother her until the dress contest is over. If he does, she will call off their engagement.
However, Usagi and Naru happened to be walking along and spied on this interaction; Usagi detected something wasn't right and infiltrated the wedding dress-making contest, defeating Widou.
After Higure is returned to normal, the two reconcile and get married.
