Sailor Antique was a Phage created by Sailor Aluminum Seiren when she removed Jotaro Kiriyama's Star Seed. He appeared in episode 186. He was voiced by Takeshi Watanabe.

Sailor Antique attacked the Sailor Senshi with a sword. When he used a power-up, he summonded a white horse and rode it, charging at his target.
Trivia[]
- The way he summoned his horse was a parody of Sailor Chibi Moon's Twinkle Yell.
- He was the last phage to be healed by Sailor Moon's Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss.
