Soiya is a Daimon sent by Eudial. She can cause fireworks to make her enemies dance, and trap them inside drums.

"Soiya" (そいや) is what people shout while carrying a mikoshi during a traditional Japanese summer festival.
Appearance[]
Soiya is a blue-skinned Daimon with spiky red hair and clothes that are usually worn during a traditional Japanese summer festival. She also wields a mikoshi like a weapon.
Information[]
Soiya was created from a drum by Professor Tomoe, and sent by Eudial to attack the Sailor Guardians. It was not her who extracted Maya Tohno's Pure Heart, but rather Eudial, who sent Soiya to attack Sailor Moon and Sailor Mars. She nearly defeated them, until Chibiusa arrived as Sailor Chibi Moon and attacked her with Pink Sugar Heart Attack, and Sailor Moon finished her off with Moon Spiral Heart Attack.
