Changes From the Manga[]
- This episode is based on the manga side-story Chibiusa's Picture Diary Chapter 3 - Beware of Cavities.
- In that story, none of the villains were affiliated to the Dead Moon Circus.
- Resin, the story's villain, renovated the old Juuban's Dentist Office instead of making one.
- Kenji Tsukino went with Usagi and Chibiusa to the dentist, instead of Mamoru. Minako joined them too, but she went with them because she wanted to see the new young dentist.

Trivia[]
- This was the 2nd and last time Sailor Moon performed Supersonic Waves, although it was the 1st time she performed it with Sailor Chibi Moon.
- The camera zooms onto Usagi’s mouth as she screams after she realized she had cavities on her teeth. This is the second time the camera zooms onto Usagi’s mouth like that.
- It reveals in the episode, both Usagi and Chibiusa have a fear of dentists which is dentophobia.
- There was a mouth cam in the episode, showing the schedule at the top with Japanese and English words in them
- This episode involves Tuxedo Mask as the main character than both Super Sailor Moon and Super Sailor Chibi Moon due to both were captured by the Lemures created by Palla Palla. But at the end of the episode, the chibi face of Tuxedo Mask can be seen due to Mamoru goes on to rescue both Usagi and Chibiusa from getting treated by dentists.
- PallaPalla nearly succeeded in finding Pegasus. Chibiusa is the holder of Pegasus, and PallaPalla was about to extract her dream mirror before Tuxedo Mask stopped her.
