"True Power Explodes: Ami's Melody of the Heart" is the 24th episode of the 4th season of the Sailor Moon anime and the 151st overall. It aired in Japan on November 4, 1995. The CWi English dub title for this episode was "Heartfelt Melody" and it aired in North America on October 27, 2000.

- Ami got her "Super" upgrade from Guardian Mercury while fighting Fish Eye.
- She was alone at the time she received the upgrade and she was trapped in a mirror, instead of a computer.
- She received her planetary weapon of Mercury, the Mercury Harp. This item allowed her to perform her new and only water-related attack, Mercury Aqua Rhapsody.

Trivia[]
- In the CWi English dub, Amy calls out Mercury Star Power instead of Mercury Crystal Power.
- The spirit of Super Sailor Mercury herself appeared before her human self; which is probably a reference her miniature Sailor Power Guardian seen the Dream saga of the manga.
- In the Filipino dub and the first Korean dub of the series, the subconscious scene where Ami meets her Super Sailor Mercury form in nude was cut off due to censorship.
- In the second Korean dub, Ami's nudity was hidden with white cover. Still, the scene where Ami meets her Super Sailor Mercury form in nude was cut off.
