Yamandakka is the 12th and final Cardian that was sent by Ail and An to gather energy for the Makai Tree. She also attacks by throwing petals that drain the energy on whomever they touch and stick to. She appeared in Episode 12 of Sailor Moon R.

Yamandakka was used to gather energy for the Makai Tree, which was withering and close to dying. She attacked the audience of a Sailor Moon live-action show (which included Naru and Umino) and drained their energy. However, the energy further weakened the Makai Tree rather than giving it life. That evening, when Usagi came over to see An and Ail at their apartment, the Makai Tree able to wrap its vines around her hair and drain some of her energy. An and Ail later discovered Usagi's energy had given the tree some hope and it sprouted a seedling. Yamandakka attempted to strengthen the seedling with the energy she had drained earlier but Makai Tree rejected it.
An lured Usagi to the Makai Tree again in hopes of feeding her to the tree. Yamandakka grabbed Usagi and attempted to drain her energy. The Makai Tree then wrapped its vines around Usagi and Yamandakka, and killed Yamandakka by slamming her on the ground, later, Makai Tree tries to attack Mamoru. Fortunately, he easily deflects her attacks.

- Her DiC dub name was Four Face.
- She is the only monster-of-the-day to be killed by her organization rather than one of the Sailor Senshi.
- She is the only monster-of-the-day who never fought or met the Sailor Guardians. Though she gathered Usagi's energy.
- In this episode, Ail decides that the Doom Tree must love Mamoru's energy, and suggests that they steal all of her energy.
