Super Sailor Moon follows in a desperate attempt to save Chibi Moon from her venomous grasp. She arrives and is shocked and pitted to see an elderly, ugly version of Nehellenia at the top. Can Super Sailor Moon warm her frozen heart with the power of friendship and love?

Plot[]

The Golden Crystal has saved the city of Tokyo and destroys the Dead Moon Circus. The Sailor Guardians and Helios are unconscious except Sailor Moon, who sees that Queen Nehellenia is still alive and has an unconscious Sailor Chibi Moon with her. The remains start to rise off the ground and Sailor Moon grabs ahold and runs after Nehellenia. Sailor Moon realizes that the whole place is being drawn up by the New Moon. Nehellenia also realizes that she is ready to be sealed away into darkness from the power of the Golden Crystal from Sailor Chibi Moon. Sailor Moon reaches to the top from a long winding stairway and suddenly hears Nehellenia's horrified scream. Sailor Moon becomes shocked to see that Nehellenia has become an ugly old hag. Nehellenia then recognizes Sailor Moon as the reincarnation of Princess Serenity and explains that she always watches over her kingdom with envy.

Nehellenia then tells a story to Sailor Moon on how she becomes a solitary queen. She began as a good queen and was praised by many of her loyal subjects and retainers for her beauty, making Nehellenia believe she would possibly remain young and beautiful for all eternity. She then goes to her mirror to see if her dream will come true only to show her the ugly reflection. Nehellenia goes afraid until Zirconia's voice is heard saying the same chant the Amazoness Quartet said: "Never ever forget to remember. A child's dream is a dream of dreams". Nehellenia follows it and becomes evil and releases all her fears creating Zirconia. Nehellenia then takes away all of her retainers Dream Mirrors and turned them into Lemures and devoured them making her become immortal and stay young and beautiful forever. She then decided to live her life along among her Lemures.

Nehellenia finishes her story and explains that the place is rising to the New Moon to be sealed up and restore her youth and beauty, as she knows it's much better than living in the future ugly. Sailor Moon shows pity and Nehellenia becomes agitated by this. She lunges out a Zirconia figure and attempts to kill Sailor Moon as a result for depriving her beauty. But Sailor Moon fights back and looks at her saying how bad she feels. The Zirconia figure releases her and retracts back to Nehellenia, who shields herself from Sailor Moon's eyes, as it reminds her of the same look that sealed her away long ago. Nehellenia then grabs Sailor Chibi Moon and tosses her off the crumbling statue down to the city. Sailor Moon screams for her as Nehellenia taunts her saying she has lost her dreams and future. But Sailor Moon stands on the edge and yells to Nehellenia that she will never be beaten and jumps off to go after Sailor Chibi Moon. Nehellenia, believing she won, looks up at the New Moon and says she is ready to continue life alone. Her youth is restored as she gets sealed away in the mirror. The statue crumbles away and Nehellenia and her mirror soar into the New Moon enjoying her life alone.

Meanwhile, Sailor Moon tries to fall as fast as she can to get to Sailor Chibi Moon. The sun comes out and Sailor Moon becomes Princess Serenity and finally catches up to Sailor Chibi Moon. As they are many feet away to the city, Sailor Moon begs Sailor Chibi Moon to wake up or they will lose they dreams and future. Sailor Chibi Moon finally wakes up and smiles saying they are ready to dream together. Helios wakes up and senses this and becomes Pegasus and saves the two Guardians giving them wings and landing to safety.

The next day, the Guardians and Mamoru meet up with Helios, who says his goodbyes to them. Chibiusa meets Helios and Helios kisses her hand, making the other Guardians jealous and look at her until a voice calls out a UFO distracting them and giving Chibiusa enough time to hug Helios. The voice came from VesVes as she and the rest of the Amazoness Quartet happily watch and get ready to move on with their lives. Helio changes to Pegasus and flies away. Chibiusa runs after him begging him to stay and that she never got a chance to tell him her dreams. But Chibiusa smiles along with the others hoping to see him again.

  • Nehellenia's past in the Silver Millennium is that she attacked the celebration of the birth of Princess Serenity and Queen Serenity sealed Nehellenia away, but the evil queen had cursed the infant Princess Serenity to die before ascending to the Moon throne.
  • Nehellenia was a dark force within the New Moon who's goal was to take the Moon Kingdom for herself.
  • The Golden Crystal remains with Mamoru, it being his very own Sailor Crystal.

Changes In Translations[]
