Dogbar is a droid sent by Esmeraude to fill a vulnerable spot in Tokyo with dark energy. She appeared in Episode 32 of Sailor Moon R.

Appearance

Information

Esmeraude sent Dogbar to attack the vulnerable spot located at the Animal Kingdom shelter. There, she put all the animals there under her spell. The Sailor Senshi came to stop her, but she restrains them until Artemis attacked her, giving Sailor Moon the chance she needed to destroy Dogbar with Moon Princess Halation.

Powers

Dogbar has the ability to control animals. She could also materialize chain leashes, which she restrained the Sailor Senshi with.
