'''Dogbar''' is a [[droid]] sent by [[Esmeraude (anime)|Esmeraude]] to fill a vulnerable spot in Tokyo with dark energy. She appeared in Episode 32 of Sailor Moon R.

==Biography==
Esmeraude sent Dogbar to attack the vulnerable spot located at the [[Animal Kingdom]] shelter. There, she put all the animals there under her spell. The Sailor Senshi came to stop her, but she restrains them with a leash until [[Artemis (anime)|Artemis]] attacked her, giving Sailor Moon the chance she needed to destroy Dogbar with Moon Princess Halation.
