"Disconnecting Love: The Raging Makai Tree" is the 12th episode of the 2nd season of Sailor Moon anime and the 58th episode overall. It aired in Japan on June 12, 1993. The DiC English dub title for this episode is "Secret Garden" and it aired in North America on December 7, 1995.

Summary

When the Makai Tree seems it is close to dying, Ail and An begin to steal even more energy but are horrified when the tree does not respond to the energy. Mamoru appears, holding a bouquet of flowers for Natsumi, pays the siblings a visit and Seijuro pushes Mamoru into the Makaiju's room and closes the door behind him. Makai Tree attacks Mamoru, but is too tired to fight, and while he is standing there Makai Tree grabs him by the neck, before he can do very much, however, Seijuro starts to drain her energy, making Mamoru fall unconscious.

Natsumi listen with fright as Mamoru screams, noticing how tired Mamoru looks.
