The Dark Agency was a sub-division of the Dark Kingdom, but unlike the Dark Kingdom and other villanious groups in the series, its actions spread further than Japan. Its resources were dedicated to gathering energy for the Dark Kingdom, mainly using idols in their plans. They were led by one of Kunzite's underlings named Danburite. The Dark Agency was the major villian of Codename: Sailor V.
