Template:InfoboxCharacter Cyprine and Ptilol were the fifth member of the Witches 5 to appear in Sailor Moon S. According to the Materials Collection, the two of them were one twin, but when they fight Ptilol would split away from Cyprine.

Cyprine and Ptilol are destroyed by their own attacks
In the anime, Cyprine and Ptilol made their first and only appearance in episode 123, and claimed to be the strongest of the Witches 5. Indeed, the Sailor Senshi had a difficult battle against them because when one witch absorbed any attack with their magic staffs, their own magical powers would increase. The Senshi only managed to destroy them by tricking the two into firing their attacks at each other. Cyprine's strategy to capture Pure Heart Crystals was to gather all of the Mugen Gakuen students near the statue of the Messiah of Silence deep within the school, which would then collect their Pure Hearts. The statue shattered when Cyprine and Ptilol were destroyed. Cyprine often flirted with Professor Tomoe in the lab, which caused Kaorinite to be extremely jealous. She seemed to enjoy taunting Kaorinite in this manner. She could attack by firing blue energy blasts from her magic staff.

In the manga, Cyprine and Ptilol were summoned by Kaorinite to kill the students that had escaped Mugen Gakuen. After an unsuccessful attack onHaruka Ten'ou, the two used their powers to manipulate the feelings of the Senshi into attacking each other. They were finally killed by Super Sailor Moon with her Rainbow Moon Heart Ache attack. She taught the witch training class at Mugen Gakuen and was ranked at Level 999. Her primary attack in the manga was Ribbon Buster.
Musical
Cyprine also made her appearance the fourth Sera Myu called Mugen Gakuen - Mistress Labyrinth. She appeared also as a student form and real. She was played by Saeri Amano.

In the manga, she had the power to manipulate the feelings of a person and used an attack called Ribbon Buster, which released a tangle of ribbons that seemed to cause pain to her enemies when the ribbons touched them. The attack was also used in the musicals. In the anime, she just fired blue energy blasts from her magic staff.
