Crescent Beam is a basic attack used by Sailor Venus throughout the series. There is also upgraded version of this attack called the Crescent Beam Shower.
Anime
As Sailor Venus she raises her finger up in the air and gathers energy. Then she then aims and fires a beam of light at her opponent.

Manga
The attack was never used in the Sailor Moon manga, but it was used in the Codename: Sailor V. However, Sailor V fires the beam from her compact, instead of her hands.

PGSM
There is no official Crescent Beam attack in PGSM, however there is a very similar attack simply called Venus Beam.
Trivia
- In the English anime dub, the name of the attack was changed to Venus Crescent Beam Smash.
