CereCere (セレセレ, SereSere) is the oldest member of the Amazoness Quartet who works for the Dead Moon Circus. One day in the 30th century she will awaken as Sailor Ceres (セーラーセレス, Seeraa Seresu) of the Sailor Quartet, guardians of Chibiusa.

Nomenclature & Etymology[]
She is the Sailor Guardian of Ceres, one of the four major asteroids in the Asteroid Belt. It is considered the first asteroid discovered all the way back in 1801 though it has been reclassified as a dwarf planet in the time after Naoko Takeuchi wrote the manga .
Ceres is the Roman goddess of agriculture, motherly relationships, and fertility. The name Ceres can have its roots in multiple Latin words, such as crescere (to grow), creare (to create/to give birth), cernere (to decide), cera (wax) and cervus (deer).

Amazoness Quartet[]
CereCere has long pink hair that she fashions in a bun and a bow and has it tied in yellow ribbons. Her outfit is a pink bikini, tied around her back with a string hanging around her neck and has bracelets with a pink flower on it. She wears a short slightly transparent skirt with a pink design on it. She wears pink shoes with a pink flower on it. On her forehead, is a circle jewel.
Sailor Quartet[]
Sailor Ceres has pink hair—the same shade as Sailor Chibi Moon's—styled in a high bun with a bright yellow ribbon. She also has droopy ponytails—contained in hairbands the same pink shade as her hair—hanging in a circular fashion by her ears with two long hair bands trailing down with little wisps of her hair peeking out at the ends, securing the rest of her hair into two low ponytails. She has pink eyes that match her hair color. Her Sailor uniform consists of a white leotard with a plum purple chest bow and a pink star-shaped brooch affixed to it. Her stripe-less sailor collar is pink, her choker is pink, her earrings are pink roses, and her tiara is gold with a pink star. She has white bubble-like sleeves with a double row of white trim and white bicep-length gloves with pink padding. Her skirt is pink with a white bow that has a slight sheen of pink at the back, and her footwear consists of white knee-high boots with pink inverted triangular arches with yellow stars.

She is a foil of Sailor Venus of the Inner Sailor Guardians. She is thoughtful, feminine, cautious, and observant.
Information[]
Like the other members of the Sailor Quartet, she is a Sailor Guardian, who is corrupted by Queen Nehelenia and forced to work for the Dead Moon Circus under Zirconia as a member of the Amazoness Quartet until she is freed.
She is the leader of the Sailor Quartet and Amazoness Quartet. She keeps the other girls organized and pushes them toward making plans. CereCere is the trapeze artist of the Amazoness Quartet where she throws flower petals from high swings which lets her oversee the whole performance. She also acts as a bouncer for Dead Moon Circus. She kicks Luna, Artemis, and Diana out of the circus tent for being cats.
