Buranko is a Lemures that was sent by Hawk's Eye to fight the Sailor Guardians.

Hawk's Eye was looking into the dreams of Natsumi Ichinose, a mechanic, in search of Pegasus, when Sailor Moon, Sailor Mercury, and Sailor Chibi Moon came to stop him. He summoned Buranko to stop them. Buranko hung Sailor Moon, Sailor Mercury, Sailor Chibi Moon high above the ground on three separate trapezes, then cut them one by one with a pair of scissors to make them fall. Sailor Mercury caught Sailor Moon and grabbed onto Chibi Moon's foot as she fell. Before she could cut the last trapeze, the scissors were knocked out of her hand by Tuxedo Mask, who then saved them from falling. Buranko got out another pair of scissors and attacked them, but Sailor Chibi Moon used Twinkle Yell to summon Pegasus, and Sailor Moon destroyed her with Moon Gorgeous Meditation.

She attacks by hanging people high above the air on trapezes and also attacks with a pair of scissors.

- In the CWi English dub, Buranko cried "I don't wanna play with you anymore!" when she was defeated.
- In ADV's DVD release of the Anime, Buranko's name was subtitled as "Blanko".
