Ami shares her name with her mother Ami Mizuno. She is a third-grade student who only appears in the alternate-universe side story Parallel Sailor Moon.

Ami Jr. looks exactly like her mother, Ami Mizuno, except she has a gap in her bangs. It is unknown if her glasses are just reading glasses, like her mother's, or she needs them to see at all times.
Parallel Sailor Guardian[]
Towards the end of Parallel Sailor Moon, when all five girls are transformed into their Sailor Guardian forms, Ami loses her glasses. It is shown she wears the standard Sailor Uniform with boots like her mother's. How the uniform is coloured is unknown.

Like her mother Ami Mizuno, Ami wears glasses, loves to read books, and learn. Her mother mentions to Rei Hino that her daughter writes poorly due to the fact that she spends too much time on the computer and wants to send her to calligraphy lessons at Hikawa Shrine.
Along with Rei Jr., Mako Kino, Mina Aino, and Kousagi Tsukino she attends cooking classes with Haruka, Michiru, and Setsuna. She tolerates Kousagi, but, like her friends, she tries to avoid her. She is amazed by the pink cat's colour and thinks the feline is some kind of endangered species illegally smuggled into Japan.
Ami Jr. turns into an unnamed Sailor Senshi form to protect the Earth from the rabbit invaders. She is not happy that Kousagi "taught" her that cats are the mortal enemies of rabbits.
