"Aiming for the Top: The Pretty Swordswoman's Dilemma" is the 12th episode of the 4th season of the Sailor Moon anime and the 139th overall. It aired in Japan on June 17, 1995. The CWi English dub title to this episode was "Cutting It Close" and it aired in North America on October 11, 2000.

- The scene where waves and a logo appear behind Tiger's Eye refers to the logo used by Toei's film studio at the start of all their films; alongside being known for animation, Toei is also known for their live-action jidaigeki films, which this episode references.
- The gag where Tiger's Eye misreads the kanji for Miyamoto Musashi was left intact in the Viz English dub.
