"Act 49 Dream 11 - Earth and Moon Dream" is the 49th chapter of the Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon manga series and the final chapter of the Dream arc. It was written and illustrated by Naoko Takeuchi.
Summary[]
With new powers, Sailor Moon battles against Queen Nehellenia to put an end to her dark reign.
Plot[]
Eternal Sailor Moon summons the Eternal Tiare and uses its power and the Silver Crystal to give the Senshi their Eternal forms. The crystal's power releases the Golden Crystal from Mamoru's body. The entire team gives their powers to Sailor Moon as she uses her power against Nehellenia, cursing her into a hideous form before trapping her the mirror again.
With her defeat, the darkness around the Earth begins to lift, awakening the people from asleep. Sailor Chibi Moon kisses Helios, awakening him. Helios places Mamoru's Golden Crystal onto the staff and Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask become Neo-Queen Serenity and King Endymion. They use their powers and banish Nehellenia into the darkness forever.
Sailor Saturn presents Serenity with the Amazon Stones, asking her to purify them. When she does, the Amazoness Quartet is released from them and takes on their true forms as Sailor Senshi. They explain that they were in slumber, but Nehellenia had awoken them early, turning them into the Amazoness Quartet. They would go back into slumber until Chibiusa becomes a full-fledged Sailor Senshi to protect her.
Back on the surface, Helios says goodbye to them all to protect Elysion. All of them feel the power in them awakened and Usagi hopes to continue to protect everyone.
