"Act 29 Infinity 3 Two - New Guardians -" is the 29th chapter of the Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon manga series and the 3rd chapter of the Infinity arc. It was written and illustrated by Naoko Takeuchi.

Summary

Usagi wonders about the two mysterious Sailor Guardians as well as Michiru Kaiou and Haruka Tenou. Meanwhile, Mimete of the Witches 5 uses her Idol disguise to collect souls for the Death Busters' master, Pharaoh 90.

Plot

Usagi follows the two mysterious figures, confirming they are Sailor Guardians. Usagi sees a picture of Haruka and notices how similar she looks to one of the Sailor Guardians. That night the Sailor Guardians and Mamoru have a dream of approaching destruction. Posters are put up all around town advertising the musician, Michiru, who is going to be playing at Mugen Academy along with another Mugen student, Mimi Haymu. They decide that they should go to the concerts to investigate the school some more.

Meanwhile, Kaolinite has charged Mimi, who is Mimete, another member of the Witches 5, with the task of collecting Hostes from students attending her performance. Chibiusa visits her new friend Hotaru when Hotaru has another one of her frequent attacks. Seeing her in pain, Chibiusa shows Hotaru her Silver Crystal in hopes that it will heal her. Chibiusa is picked up by Michiru and Haruka, by helicopter, and she sees Michiru's mirror which Michiru called her talisman.

The next day, the Guardians go to attend Michiru's concert. Minako uses her compact to sneak into Mimi's concert. Seeing Mimi try to extract Hoste from the audience, Minako transforms into Sailor Venus to stop her. Sensing something is wrong, Michiru and Haruka leave, ending the concert early and the rest of the Sailor Guardians are contacted by Venus, telling them about the ongoing fight. Venus breaks Mimete's hold on the audience and gets them out of there. Seeing herself in trouble, Mimete asks Kaolinite for reinforcements and Kaolinite cause Daimons to spring from a few Mugen students. Sailor Moon destroys some of them but one goes after Chibi Moon and Tuxedo Mask when it is then destroyed by one of the new Sailor Guardians of the Deep Seas, Sailor Neptune. And finally, Mimete is destroyed by the other mysterious Sailor Guardian of the Wind, Sailor Uranus
